Herbs I gather myself
I gather herbs 150 km from the city: I dry them in the shade, ferment them and store them in glass and paper. Anything I cannot gather myself I buy from trusted herbalists.

My approach is systemic, integrative and naturopathic: it aims to harmonize the work of all the body's systems rather than suppress a single symptom.
