All the formats of my work, their prices and durations — in one table. The price depends on how deep your concern goes and how much follow-up support you need: from a one-time written program to three months of work. Treatment — herbal blends and naturopathic remedies — is paid for separately.

A wellness plan is always built individually — from a carefully collected history over 3–5 days. The Veda-Pulse assessment is performed during the appointment and is included in the price of a consultation.

What is included in the price of a consultation
In every format you pay for the practitioner's work: reviewing your situation, building the plan and the follow-up. Here is what that work consists of.
Working with a specialist
- An unhurried, attentive history — first we clarify your concern, then we build the plan
- An individual review of your symptoms, complaints, and life and illness history
- Identifying allergies, intolerances and accompanying conditions
- Interpretation of tests and examinations, with guidance on any further testing you may need
- A plan in Word, several pages long — it takes 3–5 days to prepare
Program and support
- Formulas for medicinal herbal blends and making up those blends
- Other naturopathic remedies where needed: bee products, oils, spices
- Nutrition for your constitution (dosha), a menu and a day-menu builder
- Recommendations on lifestyle and routine, and meditative practices if they are needed
- Online support throughout the whole paid period — I answer questions and adjust your blends
A personal plan
No templates: I weigh your history, your constitution, the state of your digestive system and other systems, and I select herb combinations and dosages.
Blends made by me
I make up the blends from herbs that I gather and prepare myself or buy from trusted herbalists.
Support in touch
In the formats with follow-up support I stay in touch throughout the whole period: I answer questions, track how things change and adjust your plan.
What is paid separately
The price of a consultation is the practitioner's work. The remedies you will take are paid for separately, so that you can see what the total consists of.

The nutrition program is RUB 5,000, an in-person consultation in Krasnoyarsk (1 hour 30 minutes) is RUB 5,500, a consultation with a month of follow-up support is RUB 15,000, and the personalized 3-month program is RUB 35,000. The herbal course: RUB 3,000 in person and RUB 2,500 online.

Because it is not a template. I weigh your history, your constitution, the state of your digestive system and other systems, and I select herb combinations and dosages. That takes time, but the plan is genuinely personal.
