About me

Mila Garashchenko — physician, medical herbalist, naturopath

A physician by calling and by training, a fourth-generation practitioner. I bring together classical medicine, Ayurveda and the power of the herbs I gather myself: I read your test results, find the cause and build a personalized program for 1–3–6 months.

Who I am

A physician by calling and by training

More than 20 years of medical practice, a dynasty of physicians across four generations — and a love of herbs that began long before my degree.

of practice

Herbal medicine and Ayurveda are among the oldest medical sciences — they are more than 5,000 years old. Medical herbalists are very few, so take the chance to be treated well. I alone replace visits to doctors of various specialties: I read your tests and examinations and prescribe a plan for 1–3–6 months — depending on your intention for your health.

What matters to me is not to "remove a symptom" but to understand why the body lost its balance: where resources are lacking, what stands in the way of digestion, sleep and recovery. Only then comes the plan — nutrition, daily rhythm, herbal blends and naturopathic remedies that suit you personally.

Approach

How I work

My approach is systemic, integrative and naturopathic. It aims to harmonize the work of all body systems rather than to suppress a single symptom.

🎯

Personal recommendations

My knowledge and your discipline will help prevent acute and chronic conditions as far as possible.

🌍

A unique advantage

Consultations are about building a harmonious eating pattern and lifestyle, and choosing herbs and spices individually. I rely on the achievements of modern preventive medicine.

🤝

Support

I stay in touch throughout the course: I answer questions, adjust your blends and follow how your state changes.

What working with me includes

  • A detailed review of your symptoms, complaints and life and medical history
  • Clarifying your health goal and identifying allergies and intolerances
  • Reading your tests and examinations, with recommendations for further testing
  • Recipes for herbal blends and other naturopathic remedies
  • Nutrition and lifestyle based on your Ayurvedic constitution
  • A plan of several pages in Word format plus follow-up support during the course

My principles

  • No promises of a "miracle in a month": herbs work systemically and take time
  • Safety: natural remedies only, no "burning out" and no aggressive protocols
  • The cause matters more than the symptom — we sort it out first, then prescribe
  • I say honestly when a case is not mine and a specialist physician is needed
  • Confidentiality: everything you tell me stays between us
Consultations do not replace medical care: in acute conditions and with red flags I recommend seeing the relevant physicians.
Herbs

How I gather and prepare herbs

Herbs are my love and my responsibility. I do not buy raw material when I do not know where it comes from: I gather it myself 150 km from the city and prepare it so that the plant keeps its strength.

The full cycle, by hand

  • Gathering — in natural microclimate niches of Siberia, at the right time
  • Drying — in the shade, without losing essential oils
  • Fermentation — for the herbs that reveal themselves this way
  • Storage — in glass and paper, away from strongly scented blends
  • If I cannot gather something myself, I get it from trusted herbalists

Why this matters

Almost 90% of the raw material in pretty "Altai" and "Crimea" packets comes from industrial plantations or from foreign wholesale supplies — with pesticides and sulphur dioxide treatment during transport. Such material loses its active compounds before it ever reaches your cup.
