Round table or talk
A live conversation about one health topic — for parents, teams and communities. 1–2 hours with time for your questions, no “slides for the sake of slides”.
I am Mila Garashchenko, a medical herbalist, naturopath and family health practitioner from Krasnoyarsk. I bring together classical medicine, Ayurveda and the power of the herbs I gather myself. I create personalized wellness programs and assess how your body functions with the Veda-Pulse device.
More than 20 years of medical practice, a medical dynasty four generations deep — and a love of herbs that began long before my degree.
Herbal medicine and Ayurveda are among the oldest medical sciences — they are more than 5,000 years old. Medical herbalists are few and far between, so please take the chance to be treated well. I alone can replace visits to doctors of several specialties: I will explain your tests and scans and put together a plan for 1–3–6 months — depending on what you want for your health.
“Take it and use it! Herbs are my Love!”
Family physician and diagnostician (ultrasound).
Energy Ayurveda.
Professional retraining at the Department of Herbal Medicine.
Advanced Ayurveda training under Professor M. A. Subotyalov (Novosibirsk State Medical University).
Functional assessment by heart rate variability analysis — I run the test during your appointment and explain the results in plain language.
My knowledge and your discipline will help prevent acute and chronic illness as much as possible.
Consultations are about building a harmonious diet and lifestyle and choosing herbs and spices individually. I rely on the achievements of modern preventive medicine.
My approach is systemic, integrative and naturopathic. It aims to harmonize the work of all body systems rather than to suppress a single symptom.
Four formats: a nutrition program, a personal meeting, one month of online follow-up support and a personalized program for 3 months. Your wellness plan is always drawn up individually — from a carefully collected history, within 3–5 days.

An expert system that translates the ancient art of pulse diagnostics into the precise language of numbers and charts — and shows the functional state of your body in 5–10 minutes, without lab tests and without needles.
It is based on heart rate variability (HRV) analysis and P. K. Anokhin's theory of functional systems. The method is recognized by the Russian Ministry of Health, the European Society of Cardiology and the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology.
Pulse diagnostics comes from Dr. Vasant Lad's school of the seven pulse levels; the algorithms were validated with Amrita University (Kerala, India). The device is used by more than 5,000 specialists in 60 countries.
Symptoms, complaints, your life and medical history, and what you want for your health.
The sensor records the signal for 5–10 minutes. Non-invasive and painless.
I explain the results and put together a personalized wellness program.

I really liked the smell of the morning blend — it smells of blackcurrant. My grandmother and I used to drink blackcurrant leaf tea after the banya! The taste of childhood!

I appreciate that the history is taken carefully and without hurry: first we find out what the person wants — where to start — and only then the blends are put together. The herbs work gently and as a system, not “at random”.
Complaints of constantly cold hands and feet with “normal” test results. In the end — extended blood chemistry, a liver ultrasound and confirmed Gilbert's syndrome. After 3 months bilirubin was normal and sleep was restored.

Four hours in a cabin in the forest: a hot hot tub, a live fireplace, herbal tea and intuitive painting — a picture to anchor a cherished wish.
